Virginia Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Rebate Programs

New applications to the Efficiency Rebate Program closed on November 18. Current requests to reserve rebates have exhausted the first round of funds. A second round of rebate funds is expected to be made available at a later date to be determined.

Check on an existing project or modify it at this link: http://www.virginia.gov/eerebates
You will not be able to create a new user account or create a new project while the application is closed. Existing users can log in to view or modify existing projects. A second round of rebate funds is expected to be available at a later date to be determined.

Applications to the Solar and Wind Incentive Program closed on November 18. Current requests to reserve rebates have exhausted the first round of funds. A second round of rebate funds might be made available at a later date to be determined.
Because reservation requests far exceeded expectations, our initial estimated 5 to 7 business days to approve requests has been extended. For those who have submitted reservation requests, we thank you for your patience.

The Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy (DMME), Division of Energy will provide up to $15 million in rebates for qualified renewable energy equipment for residential, commercial and nonprofit facilities.
Prior to making a reservation of renewable energy rebate funds, you must carefully read the Virginia Residential and Commercial Solar and Wind Incentive Program guidelines and terms and conditions. This document provides details about the program and the terms and conditions you that you are agreeing to by submitting a reservation request. You must comply with all terms and conditions to be eligible to receive a rebate: Terms and Conditions.
