Geothermal

Geothermal energy is defined as heat from the Earth. It is a clean, renewable resource that provides energy because of the heat emanating from the interior of the Earth and is essentially limitless. Geothermal energy can be used for electricity production, for direct use purposes, and for home heating efficiency (through geothermal heat pumps).

Geothermal Energy Association - a trade association composed of U.S. companies who support the expanded use of geothermal energy.

Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium – a consortium of geothermal industry experts working to increase the awareness and use of geothermal technology.
