Division Staff / E-mail Directory

The administrative group provides leadership and support for the other work groups within the division through which the goals, objectives and strategies of our annual operational plan are effectively and efficiently achieved.  Priority focus is given to the development and implementation of continuous quality improvement principles in working our operational plan while meeting identified customer needs consistent with core values established for The Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy.

The Division of Mines Administrative functions are accomplished through three supervisors, a Regulatory Board Administrator, Division Mine Safety Engineer and the Division Chief.  With the exception of one Inspector Supervisor located at the Keen Mountain field office, all administrative personnel work from the Big Stone Gap Office.
