2011 Appalachian Regional Reforestation Award

U.S. Office of Surface Mining and Reclamation Enforcement (OSMRE) Regional Director Tom Shope (far right) presents the 2011 Appalachian Regional Reforestation Initiative(ARRI) Award to Chris Stanley of Clintwood Elkhorn Mining Company.  Also pictured from left to right are Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy Deputy Director Butch Lambert, OSMRE Director Joe Pizarchik, and Scott Blackburn, Clintwood Elkhorn Mining Company.  The award was presented at the 2012 ARRI Conference in Big Stone Gap, VA on May 22 & 23, 2012.
