Richmond Office Directions/Map

The DMME Richmond Office is located on the 8th Floor of the Ninth Street Office Building at 202 North 9th Street at the corner of 9th and Grace Streets, directly across from the State Capitol.

From the North:

Take I-95 SOUTH toward Richmond. Take EXIT 75, I-64 toward WILLIAMSBURG/NORFOLK. Stay in the right lane. Take the THIRD STREET EXIT toward COLISEUM/DOWNTOWN. Travel four blocks and turn left onto E. BROAD STREET. Travel four blocks and turn right onto N. 8TH STREET. Go two blocks and turn left onto E. FRANKLIN STREET, then left onto N. 9TH STREET. Ninth Street Office Building is on the left.

From the South:

Take I-95 NORTH toward Richmond. Take EXIT 74A, I-195/ DOWNTOWN EXPRESSWAY. Take the CANAL STREET EXIT (first exit, 20-cent toll). Turn left onto E. Canal Street. Turn right onto S. 9TH STREET. Ninth Street Office Building is four blocks ahead on the left.

From the East:

Take I-64 WEST toward Richmond. Take EXIT 190 (I-95 South) onto N. 5th Street toward DOWNTOWN/COLISEUM/PETERSBURG. Turn left onto E. BROAD STREET. Travel two blocks and turn right onto N. 8TH STREET. Travel one block and turn left onto E. FRANKLIN STREET, then turn left onto N. 9TH STREET. Ninth Street Office Building is on the left.

From the West:

Take I-64 EAST toward Richmond. I-64 merges with I-95 South. Take EXIT 75, I-64 toward WILLIAMSBURG/NORFOLK. Stay in the right lane. Take the THIRD STREET EXIT toward COLISEUM/DOWNTOWN. Travel four blocks and turn left onto E. BROAD STREET. Travel four blocks and turn right onto N. 8TH STREET. Go two blocks and turn left onto E. FRANKLIN STREET, then left onto N. 9TH STREET. Ninth Street Office Building is on the left.

Visitor Parking:
Street (metered) parking is available. A public parking surface lot convenient to this office is located at Marshall Street Parking Garage located on 7th and Marshall.
